• Orders & Payments:
  Customers must pay delivery charges in advance, with the remaining amount payable via Cash on Delivery (COD). Full advance payment is required for certain heavy products.
• Shipping & Delivery:
  Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on location. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Returns & Refunds:
  Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with proof. Change-of-mind returns are not allowed.
• Product Quality:
  We ensure high-quality products, but minor variations may occur due to manufacturing differences.
• Liability:
  Dott Fitness is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from product misuse.
